Speech-Language Pathologists

Britt Meropoulis

R.SLP, S-LP(C), Owner, Lead SLP

Britt is currently not accepting new clients. Families are welcome to inquire with one of our other Speech-Language Pathologists or join Britt’s waitlist for future openings. 💛

Britt is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with advanced experience and training helping babies, toddlers, and young children who are late to talk, difficult to understand, or struggling to communicate clearly.

She is known for a warm, child-led approach that helps children feel safe, connected, and engaged while giving parents clear, practical support they can use at home right away. Her therapy is always play-based, relationship-focused, and tailored to how each child learns best.

Britt has a special clinical focus in:

• late talking and toddler language delays
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and motor speech disorders
• unclear speech, articulation, and phonological delays
• autism support and neurodiversity-affirming communication therapy
• gestalt language processing
• early intervention and parent coaching

Many families seek Britt’s support when they feel unsure whether to wait, when progress has stalled, or when they want a clear plan for helping their child communicate.

Her advanced training includes Childhood Apraxia of Speech assessment and treatment, Hanen programs (More Than Words and Learning Language and Loving It), Lidcombe for early stuttering, Meaningful Speech for gestalt language processing, and executive functioning support.

At Dream Pediatric, this same philosophy of care extends across the entire therapy team. Each clinician is selected for their warmth, clinical skill, and alignment with Dream Pediatric’s values of connection, growth, and family-centred support. Britt provides ongoing mentorship, clinical guidance, and shared treatment planning to ensure families receive the same thoughtful, effective, and relationship-based care throughout the clinic.

No matter which therapist your child works with, families can expect a consistent approach: child-led, play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in current evidence, with practical support that helps communication grow in everyday life. ✨

Monica Das

R. Psych

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, parents, and families through the joys and challenges of growing up. My work is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and a deep sense of safety are the foundation for healthy development and meaningful change. I’ve worked in schools, medical settings, private practice, community organizations, and family homes, giving me a compassionate understanding of the real-life challenges families face. Early in my career, owning and operating a preschool sparked my passion for early childhood development and the importance of secure attachment.

I hold degrees in Psychology and Family Studies, along with a Master of Education in Psychological Studies in Education from the University of Alberta, and have completed specialized training with the Neufeld Institute, DIR® Floortime, Creative Arts Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy

At the heart of my work is helping parents feel more confident and connected, supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs, and creating a warm, safe, and personal space where families feel truly supported
