Evaluation
Comprehensive assessment of your child’s speech, language and overall communication skills. The evaluation provides detailed information regarding your child’s specific skills and areas for growth, which is then used for goal setting and treatment planning.
Evaluation
Assessments are generally 60 minutes and include:
- Gathering background and developmental information, discussing your primary concerns.
- The SLP and child playing games and talking.
- A variety of formal and/or informal assessment tasks, depending on the purpose of the assessment (i.e. treatment planning, funding, diagnostic).
- Discussion of test results and treatment options.
- A formal report will be provided following the evaluation.
- Evaluations pricing is dependent on the purpose of the assessment.
